Manufacturing
Our Process is Our Strength
We aim to engineer each step of herbal processing with precision and efficiency. Our botanical-centric approach recognizes that every herb is unique. We tailor our grinding, cutting, microbial safety, and packaging methods to preserve its natural potency and meet customer specifications.
Visual Inspection
Our raw material undergoes 100% visual inspections before processing.
Mechanical and manual sorting is implemented to ensure the least amount of foreign matter.
Cold Storage
We can buy fresh herbs at harvest and hold it without quality loss. It slows oxidation, microbial growth, and loss of volatile oils. Works great for pest sensitive material like ginger and chamomile.
It improves batch consistency, extends safe shelf life without harsh interventions, and reduces wastage from spoilage or quality drift. It enables smarter bulk buying during peak seasons.
Standardization
Botanicals vary by farm in marker compounds and contaminants. Blending standardizes composition across lots, while representative sampling post-blending ensures accurate quality testing, compliance, and batch-to-batch consistency.
Process Optimization
Each botanical is unique in its phytochemical profile, rheology, toughness, and fracture. Our team runs multiple lab-scale trials to understand how each botanical reacts to temperature, moisture, and changes over time for large scale implementation
Process Optimization
Attention to value oriented constituents
We claim that our botanical ingredients are ‘standardized’. We achieve this by careful selection of our raw material and by blending different lots in such a way as to achieve desired limits for “value oriented constituents”.
Inside Our Facility
Steam Sterilizer
We use steam sterilization to reduce microbial load without chemicals.
Saturated steam at controlled pressure eliminates bacteria, molds, and spores.
The process preserves the herb’s natural chemistry, aroma, and functionality.
No chemical residues are left behind.
The system supports global food and herbal safety requirements.
Each batch is tested post-sterilization to confirm microbiological safety.
The process is run in our controlled, modern autoclave facilities for consistency.
Storage
We have ample warehousing space to store organic and conventional raw materials and finished products separately.
